Rental Rates

The table opposite gives the holiday rental prices for the apartment per night in British Pounds Sterling and Euros for 1 or 2 bedrooms. There is an extra rental supplement for a fifth or sixth person. Longer holiday lets are available subject to negotiation.

Maid Service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned on changeover and fresh linen and bath towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Extra cleaning during your stay is optional and includes fresh laundry. Please indicate how many time you would like the apartment cleaned when you book (the final clean is compulsory).

Deposit

A 25% deposit is required on booking the apartment with the balance due four weeks prior to occupation.

Availability Chart

The holiday rentals availability chart opposite, shows the apartment's holiday bookings. The apartment is available for rent on the days not marked as 'Booked'. The price to rent the apartment depends on the season - see the above 'Rental Rates' table for details.

Changeover Day

The changeover is flexible depending on availability and is indicated at the start and end of each holiday booking on the apartment's rental availability calendar opposite.
